Cukin/Selendang
Cukin (pronounced "chew-kin") also known as Selendang
("seh-lehn-dahng") are what Indonesian mothers have
used for centuries to carry and comfort their babies as they go
about their daily activities. Now this traditional method
of "baby-wearing" has been made available in the Western
world.
The unique thing about Cukin is that they do not require any fasteners,
loops, rings, clips, etc. to hold your child in place. Gravity does
all the work for you. For those of you who might be nervous taking
the "fastener free" plunge, you CAN get your Cukin with rings.
