Natural Family

While I'm not necessarily an organic-everything kinda gal, I do enjoy doing some things a little more naturally.  One of those things is child-spacing/pregnancy-avoidance.  And no, it ain't the "rhythm method".

I practice NFP (Natural Family Planning) using the Creighton Model (CrM) to space my children.  I'm extraordinarily pleased with the method and prefer it because it is all natural and doesn't mess with my body the way other methods have done in the past.  I also look forward to reading the signals my body sends so I can be aware of & monitor my reproductive health.  This has come in VERY handy!

This book is absolutely great for getting beginning info on NFP/FAM.

*Disclaimer - While I personally have religious reasons for not using barrier methods, they are discussed in this book as being an option (not an effective one, but an option).  I still think this book is the best NFP primer I've ever read.

I've also got some great SOAP in the works!  It will be debuting soon.  All Natural, no artificial stuff (dyes, etc) and you can use it on your dishes in the sink OR on your clothes!  Super great and doesn't suds up!  The sudsing thing is crucial for cloth diaper users and/or HE washer owners.
